One thing we dearly enjoy writing about are high profile auctions. Especially when it comes to treasures from Hollywood and the history of cinema. Julien’s has an upcoming collection that fans of action great Sylvester Stallone will want to mark on their calendars!

Happening December 5th, Julien’s says this collection includes over 500 costumes, movie props, and memorabilia items spanning Sylvester Stallone’s Hollywood career. These are things from Stallone’s personal collection. Expect to see the “Rocky” and “Rambo” movie franchises, “Cliffhanger,” “Demolition Man,” “The Specialist,” “Assassins,” Escape Plan,” “Cop Land,” “The Expendables” and more represented. Also included are awards, fine jewelry, furniture, cigar accoutrement, and other gentlemen’s luxury items.

Darren Julien, CEO/President of Julien’s Auctions had this to say about the collection:

“Sylvester Stallone is one of the great icons and immense talents of the 20th and 21st century who is the epitome of a multi-hyphenated Hollywood superstar. With a remarkable career that began over 50 years ago and shows no sign of stopping today, he changed the world and the action film universe by giving us two of Hollywood’s greatest and most enduring heroes and cultural symbols, Rocky and Rambo. Julien’s Auctions is proud to present this epic auction that comes entirely from the personal collection of this magnanimous man, the myth, the legend, Sylvester Stallone.”

If you can’t make it out to Beverly Hills to bid in person, you can still watch all the action as well as bid online at Julien’s Live on December 5th, 2021.

She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Though she be but little, she is fierce.
