It gets complicated when Stefan’s older brother Damon Salvatore returns to town and plans to bring back his old love, Katherine Pierce, who looks like Elena’s twin in a vampire form. 

    With love, dangers, and various disasters in Mystic Falls, this TV show will get you addicted to itself in only the Pilot episode. 

    2. Parks and Recreation:

    If you’re looking forward to having a good laugh, then Parks and Recreation is the show you need.

    Parks and Recreation is an American political mockumentary sitcom with an IMDB rating of 8.6 out of 10. I mean, you can easily guess how incredible the TV show must be with a rating that nearly reaches the rating of Friends.

    This TV show revolves around a resident of the Indiana town Pawnee, Leslie Knope, a deputy director of the parks and recreation department. This peppy woman tries to help her friend, a local nurse Ann Perkins turn an abandoned site into a park but is faced with hindrances by the government, bureaucrats, neighbors, and others.

    3. Grey’s Anatomy:

    This TV show is a treat for all medical students and doctors out there. And not just them, this show is the perfect one to binge for people who want medical, drama, and comedy all in a single show.

    With an IMDB rating of 7.6, this TV show is a journey of Meredith Grey, the daughter of one of the best surgeons, Dr. Ellis Grey, who faces various professional challenges in the Seattle Grace Hospital with her colleagues.

    This primetime TV show produced by ABC revolves around Meredith turning from a medical intern to a practicing surgeon, all between facing private difficulties. This perfect TV show is the best if you want some nail-biting surgeries on your screen.

    4. Marvel’s Agent of SHIELD:

    How could we list the best TV shows on Netflix US without mentioning any show by the world’s favorite, Marvel? 

    Produced by Marvel Television and aired by ABC, this TV show is an American Television Series on Marvel Comics Organization SHIELD (Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division).

    A peacekeeping agency is built onto a small team of agents that prevents humanity from alien activity and attacks. I mean, we all know the Marvel plot. Why am I even explaining?

    5. The Twilight Zone:

    Well, we have one last show to list for you guys. Based on five seasons and a show that ran in the 90s, this show has an IMDB rating of a whopping 9.0 out of 10. 

     The Twilight Zone is packed with different episodes based on sci-fi, horror, fantasy, psychological thriller, suspense, absurdism, etc. If you’re into a TV show that brings all these horrifying yet addictive genres in one place, then this show is meant for you.

     It is a show created on ordinary individuals finding themselves in one of these extraordinary situations and trying to solve them.
