Got some time on your hands and are super crafty? Well you could make a cardboard video game! Or you can just watch this cardboard recreation of “DOOM II” that GAMES made of CARDBOARD just put up on their YouTube channel. It’s impressive to say the least.
This box version of “DOOM II” is really cool, I just want to know if the old cheat codes work. Like IDDQD for God mode, where do I put that in? They also put in the likeness of John Romero who is co-founder of id Software and designer for “DOOM” and “DOOM II” as the main player.
Having grown up in the 90’s I spent MANY hours playing not only “DOOM II” but the original “DOOM“. Mind you this was back when the game came on floppy disk.
I also am a huge fan of creating things from cardboard. I’m sure many of us who grew up in the 80’s and 90’s know the value of a cardboard box. I’ve just never seen one used like this before. It’s like a school diorama but WAY cooler.
