The pandemic hit everyone hard but that goes especially for fans of Disney. For many people it’s their safe space and it has been closed for most of the year now. So one Disney fan thought to combat the withdrawal of going to their favorite theme park by building his own version of one of their famous rides. The Matterhorn.
They are called Magictecture on YouTube and have a video out showing off the entire thing. The project was officially named “The Matterhorn – Alpine Escape”
The entire thing was built during a stay at home order and definitely killed some time. Projects are one of the best ways to stave off the boredom of being stuck at home and we commend this Disney fan for going all out on their own version of the Matterhorn. It’s shaped differently but if you take a look at the video you can see it functions the same way as the original found in Disneyland. They even put in the water features!
