No More TAB- Coca Cola Announces Discontinuation of Iconic Beverage

It is the end of an era, as the Coca Cola Company has announced that they will be discontinuing the first-ever diet soda, TAB. Citing the saccharine-sweet drink as underperforming, the company made the difficult decision to pull the product from production.

Senior Vice President of Innovation and Commercialization for Coke Brad Spickert said “This is not a bottom-line efficiency play. It’s a top-line growth play.”

So, I guess we’ll follow Nolan Sorrento’s plan-

“When I want to blow off steam… I crack open a Tab, play Robotron and listen to some Duran Duran.”

Though she be but little, she is fierce.
