Mary Anne Butler
Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now NerdBot as News Editor. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.

If you’re someone who grew up in the 90s, chances are you wanted (or managed to get) Power Rangers action figures for birthdays or holidays. The “Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers” toys followed in the footsteps of such hot ticket items as Cabbage Patch Dolls, Beanie Babies, and Furbys (right around the same time, actually). We have distinct memories of people lining up at places like KayBee Toys and Toys R Us to try and find these zord-drivin’ figures.

Luckily for you fans, Hasbro is bringing one of the classic Power Ranger action figure releases back for a limited time to WalMart next year- the Head Flipping Power Rangers!

Unfortunately it’s not the entire team (which is really freaking weird), and as of right now only includes Jason the Red Ranger, Billy the Blue Ranger, Zack the Black Ranger, and Kimberly the Pink Ranger. Where the hell is Trini (Yellow) and Tommy (Green, then later white)?!

You can pre-order this set on WalMart’s website here. These figures are expected to start shipping in early 2021.
