This just in- we knew it was bound to happen, but Walt Disney Studios has just moved ALL of their currently slated for release films due to the ongoing pandemic still gripping much of the world.

“Death on the Nile” has been moved from October 23rd, 2020 to December 18th, 2020.

“The Empty Man” has been moved from December 4th, 2020 to October 23rd, 2020.

“Black Widow” has been moved from November 6th, 2020 to May 7th, 2021.

“Eternals” has been moved from February 12th 2021 to November 5th, 2021.

“Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” has been moved from May 7th, 2021 to July 9th, 2021.

“Untitled Disney Event Film” that had been previously set on July 9th, 2021 is now off the schedule entirely.

“Deep Water” has been moved from November 13th, 2020 to August 13th 2021.

Untitled 20th Century Film previously dated August 13th 2021 has been removed from the schedule entirely also.

“West Side Story” has been moved from December 18th 2020, to December 10th 2021.

“The King’s Man” has been moved from February 26th, 2021 to February 12th, 2021.

No telling how this shuffle will affect other studios’ releases, but we’ll keep you informed.

Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.
