Whether you’re quarantined and still have to work or quarantined and have a lot of time on your hands, for a lot of people it’s time to get more creative. For instance people are taking this time to start painting again, I myself have been working with clay. It’s fun and easy and my five year old can do it. But nothing can compare to what this father daughter duo have been creating during their extra time together.
Now when she gets a bit older I plan on following in the footsteps of Gelsie Laurie who has been creating YouTube videos with her dad. The production value in these are amazing and what wows me even more is the fact they have all these props on hand! These get better and better as she puts more out. And it all started with a film noir called “Quarantine”
They ventured forth and started doing more and more scenes from movies.
The Time Warp from Rocky Horror Picture Show….
The “Day-O” scene from Beetlejuice…
And finally A Spoonful of Sugar from Mary Poppins…
Again the use of props is amazing and to just have a sarcophagus on hand! How do I become friends with these people?? So many costumes and wigs are used they must have a deep love of either Halloween or cosplay.
They are releasing videos about once a week if you would like to follow Gelsey Laurie’s YouTube. This is definitely a channel you will want to keep an eye on!
