During difficult times like this, snack brands are doing quite a good job keeping us fulfilled. Now, if you are a fan of Pillsbury, you might be aware that you can make delicious cookies out of their Peanut Butter Cookie Dough. But did you hear that you can now eat the dough raw? Yes, the exact same cookies, but safe to be eaten baked, and raw. And who doesn’t like raw cookie dough?
Pillsbury’s new cookie dough isn’t much different from the previous one. Each pack will still be 160oz- enough to make 24 cookies. And according to Delish, Pillsbury clarified that it still tastes the same, as the old recipe was just adjusted so that it’s safe to be consumed raw.
So if you want to, you can still bake the cookie doughy and get the classic peanut butter cookie, or eat the raw cookie dough right out of the package. Or maybe, divide the batch into halves and eat half baked, half raw!
Though the brand hasn’t officially spoken about the new product yet, it is already spotted in some stores. It may take some time for the cookie dough to hit the shelves everywhere. Remember to read the package and notice if it has the blue “safe to eat raw” seal before taking in a spoonful!
