Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Teaches Daughter to Wash Hands to Moana Song

While everyone is responsibly social distancing it gives many of us an opportunity to kick back and bond with our kids. You know, the family you are now stuck at home with that you love more than anything? Well it’s also a great opportunity for fans of celebrities to see some of their favorite stars in action with the family. Dwayne Johnson put out an adorable video of him teaching his one year old daughter Tiana how she should wash her hands. And it just so happens that the CDC’s recommendation of washing your hands for at least 20 seconds matches up with his rap version of “You’re Welcome” from his Disney film Moana.

“Our sheltering at home, pre-daddy’s-shower ritual,” Johnson wrote in the caption. “Before my showers now, Baby Tia (mama mia) demands I sing the rap portion of my song ‘You’re Welcome’ from MOANA, while I wash her hands.”

“We realized a few weeks ago that the rap portion of the song is perfect timing when getting your little ones to have fun washing their hands. Stay healthy and safe, my friends.”

What a princess! It’s weird when you have older kids to be reminded what a one year old looks like but she is just adorable. And it’s really nice to see families getting along during this time. Covid-19 has many people on a shelter in place order so that we can flatten the curve. And it’s really nice to be reminded that we’re all in the same boat as Maui.. I mean Dwayne Johnson. He’s setting a good example and that’s exactly what we need to see right now. So if you want to follow him for more self isolating responsibility videos, click on the instagram post and go from there. Stay home! And stay safe.
