Disney is Releasing Princess Wedding Gowns

Dreaming of your happily ever after? Well, thanks to a recent team up between Disney and Allure Bridals you can have your very own fairy tale wedding! Debuting in April, the pair are releasing the Fairy Tales Weddings Collection. This collection of sixteen styles of wedding dresses will capture “the style and spirit” of Belle, Cinderella, Snow White, Pocahontas, Tiana, Aurora, Ariel, Rapunzel, and Jasmine.

The gowns range in price from $1,200 to a whopping $10,000. They will range from sizes 0 to 30. This bridal collection will include both ballgowns and mermaid silhouettes made of “mikado silk, sparkly tulle, chiffon, ruffled organza, lace, crystal beading, pearls or applique embellishments.” All of the collection’s pieces are debuting at the New York Bridal Fashion Week and becoming available in stores afterwards.

Seven of the more elaborate styles will be available exclusively at Kleinfeld Bridal stores in New York and Toronto. One of these styles has been revealed to be a ballgown inspired by Tiana of The Princess and the Frog. This gorgeous gown has thin shoulder straps and a deep neck line. It is covered with trailing vines and flowers.

Meanwhile, Ariel’s mermaid silhouette dress is a simple gown with no sleeves and extravagant swaths of fabric at the bottom. The tufts of fabric are reminiscent of a tail fin. You’ll feel like part of King Triton’s kingdom when you walk down the aisle in this stylish piece.

Allure Bridals CEO Kelly Crum has this to say about their partnership with Disney:

“Our design team worked tirelessly on each of these incredible gowns, as each dress features intricate detailing specifically inspired by the timeless characters know and loved by all of us […]. We are honored to work with Disney on this collection and see the romance of it come to life.”

You can check out the entire collection on Allure Bridal’s Website by following the link here.

Nerdbot does not make anything off the sale of these items, we just thought you would like to know!
