According to the official Sailor Moon website

The release date of the first part of the movie “Sailor Moon Eternal” has been decided on Friday, September 11, 2020!
What is drawn in this work is the 4th period of the original work {Dead Moon Edition}.
The film features one of the most popular episodes in the original, depicting the little love of Elios and the growth of sailor fighters. The “heart that never gives up at any time”, “the strength to trust and protect your friends” and “the crush of love” will surely revive your screen and engulf the world again!
