Peanut Butter Whiskey Exists to Make Life Better

Do you love peanut butter? I do. In fact, every once in awhile I get that craving that only a late night spoonful of crunchy peanut butter can satisfy. I also love whiskey. There’s something about a glass of whiskey on the rocks after a hard day’s work that is practically euphoric. So, combining the two? Thanks to Skrewball I can do just that.

I never thought I would want something like peanut butter whiskey until I actually had it. It was a new item at a local pub and I tried it on a whim. I fell in love immediately. Skrewball keeps that signature whiskey burn, but with a smoothness to it that is more palatable for my non-whiskey drinking friends. The peanut butter flavor is delicious without completely overpowering the whiskey’s signature taste.

The sheep logo is also really cool

How does something like peanut butter whiskey even come about though? Well, Skrewball’s brand owner was once a bartender (and bar owner) who loved to experiment with whiskey. Of all the combinations, the owner really enjoyed pairing whiskey shots with peanut butter. Thus, the first idea for Skrewball was born. The product description emphasizes this perfect blend of odd flavors.

“On one side, you have good ol’ whiskey- a bold, loud, and strong partner-in-crime who exudes confidence. On the other, we have peanut butter- a rich, smooth, and irresistible spread that’s as dependable as they come for all your late night cravings.”

    The mixed drinks look fantastic!

Personally, I really enjoy the taste of Skrewball on its own. If straight whiskey isn’t for you though, there are plenty of mixed drink recipes available online. If you can’t find it in a liquor store near you, SipWhiskey is currently selling bottles of Skrewball. Bottles are $25.99 and shipped directly to your home. I’m definitely going to be ordering a few bottles for myself.
