I think Stan Lee’s death is still affecting us in one way or another. I think with the coming next wave of Marvel movies we’re not going to spot a familiar face in the crowd. Its been announced that on December 20th there will be a special to celebrate the life of Stan Lee hosted by Clark Gregg, one of the stars of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The special will be airing Friday, December 20 (8:00 – 9:00 p.m. ET) on ABC
This television spectacular will take you through the life of Stan Lee across the Marvel universe. Which will include never-before-seen interviews and archived photos of our special guy. “As a young man, Stan ‘The Man’ Lee always dreamed of writing, going on to create some of the greatest heroes of our modern times,” said Joe Quesada, executive vice president, creative director of Marvel Entertainment. “Stan showed each of us how to be a hero in our everyday lives, and the stories he wrote will go on to influence generations of fans for decades to come. We can’t wait for all you True Believers out there to see this special to honor and celebrate Stan’s incredible life and all the lives he has touched.”
