This just in-Paramount+, Nickelodeon animated series “Star Trek: Prodigy” has been saved! Streaming giant Netflix has reportedly snagged the series following it’s cancellation earlier this year. Season one of “Prodigy” will hit Netflix later this year, and season 2 will release sometime in 2024 on the platform. This just in-sounds like theres some serious shakeups going on with Marvel Studios’ upcoming “Daredevil” series. It’ll bring back Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio as Matt Murdock/Daredevil and Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, respectively. News today is pretty much the entire writing staff and confirmed directors have been given the boot. Less than half of the series’ episodes were filmed before the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes effectively shut down Hollywood. We are both delighted and saddened to share the news of Netflix’s “The Crown” final season release date. Coming in two parts, Season 6 will conclude the dramatic take on the royal House of Windsor. The British monarchy has been one of the few remaining in the modern world, and has made for consistent inspiration for the award-winning show. Season 6 will have two parts. We are very sorry to share the sudden and sad news about the passing of costume designer, Shawna Trpcic. This news was first shared by actress Ming-Na Wen, who Trpcic worked with on such projects as “The Mandalorian” and “The Book of Boba Fett.”A GoFundMe has been started to help support Trpcic’s children. The first week in October brings with it many things.
