SoraNews24 spotted the bread, which is produced by a specialty baker in Osaka, Japan – “Neko Neko Shokupan” (which translates to “Cat Cat Bread”). The Japanese bakery sells the cat bread online in various flavors. Unfortunately, it’s quite complicated to get the product shipped to you if you’re outside of Japan. For other people: the good news is you can always make them yourself at home! Make yourself a fluffy loaf of shakupan by following this recipe from Japanese pastry chef and YouTuber Kitchen Princess Bamboo.
Furthermore, you can try to twist it up a little by adding flavors to the bread like Neko Neko Shokupan did. Add cheese, nuts, chocolate, berries or whatever you like to your loaf.
