We just got word that Zach Aguilar (Demon Slayer, One Punch Man, and Genshin Impact) is going to be reprising his role as David Martinez in a new project Cyberpunk: Recall. This is a one-of-a-kind crossover moment for fans, bringing the beloved character from animation into a live-action adaptation.
Cyberpunk: Recall introduces an original story that widens the universe established in Cyberpunk 2077 and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. The film follows Future V, portrayed by Jason Faunt (Power Rangers Time Force, Dragon Ball: Son of Trunks, Legend of the White Dragon), as he begins to recover memories of a past connection with David Martinez.
As Future V gets his memories back, the audience sees Past V, played by Colin K. Bass (Dragon Ball: Son of Trunks, Power Rangers: Shattered Past, Reverse Flash: Origins) team up with David Martinez to save the world.
Cyberpunk: Recall, a fan-made live-action (non-profit) project from Anime Fire, is officially in post-production.
