We are sorry to report that Leonid Radvinsky, the owner of OnlyFans, has passed away after a battle with cancer. He was only 43 years old.

“We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,” said an OnlyFans spokesperson in a statement. “His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”
In 2009, Radvinsky launched Leo, a venture capital fund that mainly invests in technology companies. He then acquired OnlyFans’ parent company Fenix International Limited in 2018. Since then, he has been its director and majority shareholder.
Our thoughts are with Radvinsky’s loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
