Once the DED approves your company name, you need to apply for initial approval. This shows that the DED has no objection to forming your LLC company in Dubai. After approval, your company will be listed in the Commercial Registry.
Step 4 – Draft and Sign MoA and LSA Agreement
Now you must appoint a local service agent (UAE citizen). With their help, you will prepare and sign a Memorandum of Association (MoA) with your business partners. The local sponsor will also help handle licensing and legal matters. Note: The UAE partner will own 51% of the business, while the remaining 49% will be held by the foreign investors.
