    Someone Color-Graded “The Road Warrior” to Match “Fury Road”

    Normally, we’re not fans of such…tricks. Especially when it comes to such iconic and important films of cinema history. Like anything from Dr. George Miller. Likewise, the day to day of using X (formerly Twitter) has continued to become a hellscape the likes of which Pinhead would never- in all his sights to show us- allow to happen. But, a recent video came across my feed, and it took me by pleasant surprise.

    X user Vashi Nedomansky was given the idea by Todd Vaziri to color grade a classic scene from “Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior” (1982) to have it match “Mad Max: Fury Road” (2015).

    And you know what? It absolutely works.

    Considering George Miller actually released the “Black & Chrome” edition of “Fury Road” (all in black and white), this doesn’t seem that out there of an idea.

    Anyhow, check out the video below. And, if you need more of The Wasteland, “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga” is currently playing the theaters world-wide.
