Production company Optomen (“Johnny vs Amber,” “Kim vs Kanye: The Divorce”) are at it again. The next documentary in their vs. series will be “Gwyneth vs Terry: The Ski Crash Trial” for Discovery+ U.K.. It will focus on Oscar winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow’s skiing accident trial with retired optometrist Terry Sanders.

In 2016, Paltrow and Sanders collided on a slope at a Utah ski resort. When the two tumbled, Sanderson broke four ribs and sustained a concussion. He originally filed a $3.1 million lawsuit against the actress, but the suit was dismissed. He then filed an amended complaint for around $300,000 for the injuries he sustained.

Sanders argued the accident caused him undo emotional and physical pain. “He never returned home that night as the same man,”  attorney Robert Sykes said during closing arguments. “Terry has tried to get off that mountain but he’s really still there.”

The jury was shown an animated recreation of the accident

Paltrow countersued for $1 and attorney fees (which was purely symbolic). After a highly publicized trail where both parties blamed each other for the accident, the jury found in favor of the “Iron Man” actress, awarding her $1. All that legal drama will be turned into “Gwyneth vs Terry: The Ski Crash Trial.”

“We’re excited about the breadth of this latest slate of commissioned programs, across Discovery+ and linear, which span our viewers’ most-loved genres from property, reality, and food to true crime and paranormal,” Clare Laycock, SVP head of content for networks and streaming at WBD U.K. and Ireland said. “And we are delighted to offer both new and returning favourites laden with high profile talent ranging from Katherine Ryan to Alan Cumming.”

“We’re bringing our viewers the stories they are deeply passionate about, whether that’s talent-led food shows or our true crime and paranormal shows which gather an extremely curious audience, keen to investigate the most terrifying cases alongside our experts on screens,” she added.

While there is no firm release date for “Gwyneth vs Terry: The Ski Crash Trial,” yet. It is expected to hit the  Discovery+ U.K.  at some point later this year.
