Make eye-catching posters with Adobe Express, an easy-to-use app with templates. Match your brand colours, add icons and design elements, and customize the poster layout with text.

Use the app on your mobile device to create posters for events and product launches in minutes. Post your work directly to social media or download it as a PDF for high-quality printing.

    Create a layout

Posters are a great way to communicate your brand message and reach your target audience. They’re eye-catching and impactful. And with Adobe Express, you can easily create posters in a few minutes, no matter where or what device you’re using.

Before starting your design, take some time to consider what you’re creating and how you’d like to display it. It will make your design more cohesive and make it easier to visualize.

Then, you can choose from a variety of templates from an online poster maker or create a layout using the tools in Illustrator. You can also create custom shapes in Photoshop to add to your design.

Once you have a basic layout, it’s time to create the main elements of your poster. You’ll need a title, some text, and some images.

Adding these elements to your design will help you create a beautiful, captivating poster that gets noticed and read from afar. You can use various shapes and colours to make your design stand out.

    Add text

To start adding text, first, pick a layout with text from the Layouts tab on the bottom right-hand corner of the editor screen. Many different layouts are available in the Piktochart library, so you can find one that fits your needs.

Then, double-click the text box to put it into edit mode and adjust its font family, size, colour and style. You can also change the text’s alignment and position.

When you’re happy with the result, you can download your design as a PDF, JPG or PNG file. Alternatively, you can generate a link and email it to your client or colleague.

You can also save your design and access it from any device. It makes it easy to work on your design wherever you are.

    Add images

With Adobe Express poster maker, you can make attention-grabbing designs within minutes. Its wide variety of templates and intuitive drag-and-drop functionality makes it possible to create posters for any occasion, regardless of your skill level or design experience.

Posters are commonly used to convey information and messages to the public. They can be made in a variety of styles and can have different uses, depending on the message they carry. Some of the most common poster types include event posters, announcement or informative posters, movie posters, and business posters.

You can start by using one of the pre-designed template images and editing them to your liking. Once you’re happy with the results, you can add images to your design. You can even upload images from your device or cloud storage to create a custom design.

Regarding the type of image you use, remember that it needs to be saved in a format compatible with Layout. If the file is too large, you may want to compress it in an image-editing program before adding it to your Layout document. It will reduce the file size and make it easier to upload your design to a print shop for printing.

Select the layer you want to insert and click the Insert button to add an image to the Layout. You can also select a specific area of your Layout, like the background, and drag it to the image area. It allows you to align your image to the background or centre it on the poster.

    Add a logo

Before you import your logo, you should check that it is in a high-resolution format (JPEG or PNG). You can also check that the file is scalable and looks good on any screen size.

Using an image that is not in a scalable format can look pixelated and lose quality when printed on paper. If this is the case, consider using a photo editor to resize the image and ensure it is in a scalable format, such as Fotor.

Alternatively, you can use one of the many content infographics to design an eye-catching graphic for your online poster. These are great for making an impact with your message and directing people to a relevant url that they can type in to learn more.
