ZOA® Energy Releases New Shave Ice Flavor and It’s Really Good!

ZOA Energy is entering a new chapter of growth with the launch of its new equity campaign, “You Can’t Fake This Kind of Energy,” alongside updated packaging and the introduction of its newest limited-edition flavor, Shave Ice.

As part of this next chapter, ZOA has introduced Shave Ice, a limited-edition flavor inspired by the iconic Hawaiian treat and the brand’s Polynesian roots. With a vibrant blue raspberry profile, the new release delivers refreshing, nostalgic taste, while still including electrolytes and the rest of the better-for-you ingredients like B&C vitamins and Camu Camu superfruit. The flavor will be available for a limited time beginning May 18 exclusively online via Amazon, with select availability at brick-and-mortar retailers in Hawaii.

    How does it taste?

We got to try it and boy is it good! It goes down similar to how a Red Bull does, with it being refreshing from the first sip. It’s not something you want to chug but instead enjoy slowly with the flavor reaching every part of your mouth. What’s best about this drink is that it doesn’t have an aftertaste. It goes down and tastes good, but doesn’t leave any sticky sweet aftertaste that leaves you wanting to brush your teeth like other energy drinks.

It also doesn’t leave you feeling jittery. It’s a nice clean energy that isn’t overly stimulating. Instead it makes you feel like you’re ready for the day. Awake but not to the point where you feel it and then there is a huge come down where you feel terrible. I’m happy to be stocking my fridge with these instead of the Sugar Free Monsters I usually do.
