    • Setoff rights: the customer can just… deduct money. Fun.

    They’re using AI to cover a resourcing hole nobody wants to name.

    Legal is overloaded. Procurement is tired. Sales wants the deal done yesterday. Everyone wants a green light. So the tool becomes… permission.

    • “We thought it was standard.”
