During grilling season, Progresso introduced its new line of BBQ-inspired Pitmaster soups, promising all the flavor of the grill without the work. The problem is, this line left consumers not smelling like a BBQ pit. To solve this issue, the company released a limited-edition Pitmaster Deodorant to make your pits smell like BBQ.

With cold weather creeping in, grilling season is giving way to soup season Progresso is offering a limited-edition Pit Kit. The combo pairs Pitmaster Deodorant with a can of Progresso Pitmaster BBQ-Style Grilled Chicken & Fire Roasted Corn Soup. Giving you all the smells and tastes of warmer weather, without the oppressive heat.

“When we launched Progresso Pitmaster soup this summer, we showed BBQ lovers how easy it is to enjoy the bold and smoky flavors of a backyard BBQ with no grill or extra time required,” says María Carolina Comings, Vice President and Business Unit Director for Progresso at General Mills. “While we had the flavors locked in, we realized our fans were missing the smell they got from manning the grill all day. For those who want the credit of standing over an open flame without the hassle of the grill, our new BBQ-inspired deodorant in the Pit Kit is the perfect solution.”

You can grab your limited-edition Pit Kit here, while supplies last. A second drop of this pit-approved soup and scent combo will go live on Thursday, October 16th at 1pm (ET), again, while supplies last.

If strangely flavored or scented things are something you’re interested in, make sure you read about other things that exist but shouldn’t here.
