For the party animals, Halloween is no different than a costume-themed party day! And if you’re wondering where to have all the fun after the sober trick-or-treating through the day on Halloween, then this article has got you covered. You are about to learn the most amazing six afterparty options that will literally feel like the main event and highlight of your Halloween this year, so buckle up.

    A Spooky Cruise

Jägermeister’s Cursed Canal Cruise is an opportunity you can’t miss if you’re based in London or simply find yourself in the town during Halloween. For this cruise, Jägermeister has made a partnership with various bars and invites adults on their scary boat to take a trip down the Islington tunnel that was designed during the Victorian era. It’s about a kilometer long, and quite spooky for a fun Halloween night cruise with your friends. The best part? For those of you who love alcohol, the cruise provides fun drinks concocted from a mix of over 56 herbs and spices, perfect to invoke that witchy vibe for the night!

Love For the Dead in Mexico

If you find yourself in Mexico around the spooky season, fret not, because you have a party of a different kind ready for you there. In Mexico, they celebrate what is known as The Day of the Dead instead of your typical Halloween. The theme is mostly around feeling a sense of reunion with the departed souls, where the natives believe that for three days from October 31st, every year, the dead return to meet their loved ones and their families. If you want a laid-back and chill Halloween, head over to the Las Casas B&B’s hotel to enjoy their divine seven-course dinner, all inspired by Mexican cuisine. They also have an amazing mixologist who prepares curated drinks for the night, so you don’t get thirsty.

    Laid-back Fun

Keeping in theme with the previous option, you can opt to spend this Halloween in a relaxed manner by just getting yourself reservations at this quaint, pretty boutique hotel called the Hurley House Hotel after a bustling night of Halloween in case you find yourself in Berkshire, UK this year. The hotel has been popular among some prominent celebrities like George Clooney and Kate Winslet so be assured that it will be an experience worth your while. The hotel is located in the countryside which makes it a perfect place to enjoy some drinks late at night, and they tend to have a curated movie screening for Halloween. If you plan to do nothing crazy, but keep up with the spirit of Halloween, this is a fine option.

    Go For a Bar Crawl

Now, in case your Halloween party has left you wanting more, or your friends are encouraging you to go a little wild around this time of the year, bar crawls are a great option. They tend to start fairly early in the evening and last till late, so you can basically join your group of friends at any given time. Usually, people arrive at the venue, get their wristbands for entry and from that point onwards, it’s just a massive group of adults going from one bar to another, drinking, sharing stories, dancing and having fun. If you’re all by yourself, you can count on having made a friend or two by the end of the night. If you find yourself in Detroit around Halloween, do a quick Google search like “Detroit Halloween bar crawl,” and it will give you a bunch of options to choose from.

    Halloween in Venice

Taking a trip to Venice this year for your Halloween? The Palazzina Grassi hotel has got you covered for at least one night. Every year, they organize an exclusive event on Halloween with an international guest list. To make it extra glamorous and appear refined, they tend to have a yearly theme, so if you’re making the reservation for the event, be prepared to spend some cash on a costume that fits with the vibe. It is not a place to go crazy with a clown costume, but you’re sure to have fun with the best food, drinks, and exquisite company. The event usually has package offers with accommodation for the night, a curated dramatic dinner show, and a lovely afterparty.

    Back To the Roots

If you’re in the USA and have never visited Salem during Halloween, you’re seriously missing out. Each Halloween, there are amazing events in Salem like Halloween festivals, Festival of the Dead, which includes seances (yes, the whole experience!), fun costume contests with prizes that will let you shine AND make some money, and tours through cemeteries that will make you feel like you just met a ghost, and much more! The history of Salem due to the witch trials is what makes it a catchy Halloween destination. So book yourself an event ticket today.

    Conclusion

There are so many fun ways to enjoy and relax this Halloween, whether your afterparty style is laidback or super active and fun, there are a ton of options to select from. Just be sure to plan in advance so you don’t run into any disappointments around the actual event.
