Law enforcement in Abilene, Texas has made an unusual request for help from the public. They need help to identify a bank robber who wore a Clone Trooper helmet. They are even offering $1,000 for help in bringing this defender of the Republic to justice.
According to police, on August 11th, this person entered the Western Bank in the 2500 block of Buffalo Gap Rd sporting the helmet. Security footage shows them casually strolling in dressed in all black sans the huge white “Star Wars” mask covering their face. They walked out with an undisclosed amount of money.
