Netflix has just released a full trailer for its upcoming action thriller, “Havoc.” Written and directed by Gareth Evans (“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”), it stars Tom Hardy (“Mad Max: Fury Road,” “Venom: The Last Dance”) and Forest Whitaker (“Andor”).
The movie follows a bruised detective (Hardy) who must fight his way through the criminal underworld after a drug deal has gone wrong. All in the hopes of rescuing a politician’s (Whitaker) estranged son. During his quest, he begins to unravel a deep web of corruption and conspiracy that ensnares the entire city.
Hardy and Whitaker star alongside Timothy Olyphant (“Deadwood,” “The Mandalorian“), Justin Cornwell (“Bel-Air”), and Jessie Mei Li (“Shadow and Bone”).
