Move over 7/11 you aren’t the only ones encouraging customers to bring in odd containers anymore. Theater chain Cinemark is getting in on the action for National Popcorn Day, January 19th, with their own BYOB (Bring Your Own Bucket) promotion.
Customers can bring in any container, bag, or tote and get it filled up for just $5! The only catch is that containers can’t exceed 400 oz or the equivalent of two XL popcorns. Given theater concession prices, this is still one heck of a good deal.
For those that can’t make it to the theater, the company is also offering an online only deal for 10% off gift card purchases.
