    Jason Momoa WILL Play Lobo in “Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow”

    The King of Atlantis is jumping titles, as Jason Momoa will indeed be playing another DC Comics character in an upcoming film. As the actor confirmed himself today, Momoa will be playing Lobo in “Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.”

    This is a role he’s been very passionate about for several years. We’re honestly surprised he didn’t launch his own project with the character before now. But maybe DC Studios co-head James Gunn knew this was the plan all along (doubtful but possible), and saved the role for Jason.

    “House of the Dragon” star  Milly Alcock will play Kara Zor-El, aka Supergirl. Craig Gillespie (“I, Tonya,” “Cruella“) will direct from a script by Ana Nogueira.

    It’s currently set to hit theaters June 26th, 2026.
