Yes, that mysterious Warhammer 40,000 project Henry Cavill has been working on is in fact happening. The former “Superman” and “The Witcher” star confirmed yet again that the joint effort of Prime Video and Games Workshop is moving forward. Last we heard, it was going to be a film and at least one tv series, which Cavill would be producing and starring in.
He’d be one busy guy as he is also reportedly still starring in Chad Stahelski‘s “Highlander” reboot, and an upcoming live-action adaptation of “Voltron.”
“My incredible team and I, alongside the brilliant minds at Games Workshop, have been working away in concept rooms, breaking down approaches to the enormity and magnificence of the Warhammer world,” Cavill posted. “Together, we’ve been sifting through the plethora of incredible characters and poring over old tomes and texts. Our combined efforts have led us to a fantastic place to start our Universe, which has been agreed upon by those up on high at both Amazon and Games Workshop. That starting place shall, for now, remain a secret. Watch this space, though—more to come in time!”
You can catch the Warhammer 40k episode of “Secret Level” on Prime Video now.

Mary Anne Butler
Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.
