Since 1942, Simon & Schuster’s Little Golden Books have put fun stories in the hands of children across the world. While these books normally contain fantastical fictitious tales the series has some non-fiction titles centering around real people. American icon Harrison Ford (“Star Wars,” “Indiana Jones“) will be getting his own story added to the series.

“Harrison Ford: A Little Golden Book Biography” will tell the story of how he went from working as a carpenter to becoming a Hollywood icon. Readers can follow along as he explores a galaxy far, far away as Han Solo or as he searches for lost treasures as Indiana Jones.
However, it won’t just focus on his legendary acting career. The new book will also take a look at the actor’s personal passions like flying planes and environmental protection. (The man even has a snake named after him!) Of course, Ford’s story will be accompanied by Little Golden Books’ amazing illustrations.
“Harrison Ford: A Little Golden Book Biography” hits shelves on May 6th, 2025. You can pre-order your copy here.
