At long last, Lady Deadpool will make her big film debut! The blonde pony-tailed Deadpool variant has a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it slowmo introduction in the newest teaser for “Deadpool & Wolverine.” Also, you know- Dogpool!
“Deadpool & Wolverine” is under the direction of Shawn Levy, who worked with Ryan Reynolds on “The Adam Project” and “Free Guy.” Levy also worked with co-star Hugh Jackman on “Real Steel.” Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, who wrote the scripts for the first and second films, are back this time, too.
No word on who’s playing Lady Deadpool.
We know Emma Corrin (“The Crown“) and Matthew Macfayden (“Succession“) have joined the cast. As well as legacy cast Jennifer Garner as Elektra, and Channing Tatum as Gambit appearing. Previous “Deadpool” co-stars Rob Delany as Peter, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Karan Soni as Dopinder, Shioli Kutsuna as Yukio, and Stefan Kapičić as Colossus are also returning.
The film hits theaters July 26th.
