Wallet Hunt: Is This Free Crypto Game Legit?

Did someone say free crypto? This guy did! We investigated, and it turns out he’s legit!

Meet Adrian Cain, the 21-year-old prodigy behind Wallet Hunt, an interactive online game that allows players to “hack” a cryptocurrency wallet and steal the cash inside.

Wallet Hunt blends social media, internet memes, riddles, ciphers, and other simple puzzles in an addictive game that’s unlike anything we’ve seen before.

Pretty cool, right? We thought so, too, and hit Cain up on Twitter to see if we could find out more about him and his groundbreaking new crypto game.

    Who is Adrian Cain?

From an early age, Cain’s father made sure he understood the importance of macroeconomics and the broader financial markets. Then the world experienced two of the most significant financial paradigm shifts in a century: the 2008 Great Financial Crisis and the birth of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole. Cain spent nearly a decade learning from his father before he finally got some skin in the game.

On his 16th birthday, Cain received an unconventional present for a teenager at the time: a shiny new $100 allocation in Ethereum tokens from dear old Dad. “It was my first very own cryptocurrency wallet,” he says, “and I had no idea what to do with it. So I just kind of stared at the numbers and told my friends I had crypto,” he laughs as he waxes nostalgic.

Cain didn’t know it at the time, but he began his foray into cryptocurrency investing deep in the 2018 Crypto Winter. Looking back, he says it was probably a gift — the perfect alignment of events that teach a young trader how to manage risk. In his experience, the best way to do that is to look for projects that genuinely improve their users’ lives.

How Wallet Hunt the Free Crypto Game Was Born

“One day, while soaking in the tub,” Adrian recalls, “I read about some crazy wallet hack and had a panic attack. It set me off into a research rabbit hole learning about cryptographic hashing algorithms to understand how my hard-earned crypto was actually secured. It was a real eye-opener for a curious kid like me.”

It was also a “seed” planted that would one day sprout into a killer crypto game called Wallet Hunt. Using the 12-word mnemonic seed phrase that comes standard with all crypto wallets, Cain found a clever way to associate clues to each of the twelve words.

“The whole point of the Wallet Hunt game is to use clues to help you figure out the wallet’s security seed phrase. Once you do that, you’re in and can take all the cash!”

He calls players of the game ‘Hunters’ and says the goal is to provide an engaging experience with a real win at the end. Not just some points on a leaderboard somewhere. “Real cash,” he says, “and no strings — you don’t even have to connect your wallet, so it’s 100% secure for everyone to play.”

    Looking to the Future

Wallet Hunt is one thread of a much larger web Cain says he is looking to weave in the crypto gaming industry. He intends to use the success of the Wallet Hunt game as a springboard to launch even more awesome up-and-coming projects. We’ll keep you posted.

In the meantime, visit the Wallet Hunt crypto gaming website to play. No wallet or purchase is necessary to play, but you will need a wallet to transfer your free crypto if you win.
