We are absolutely DELIGHTED to share the news that some Disney+ original series are getting physical media releases! This news comes after reports confirmed Walt Disney Pictures was handing over their full physical media dept to Sony. It was a weird choice to be sure, but we were kinda hopeful this change would mean more shows and films making their way to actual discs to decorate shelves.

The shows confirmed for release are “Star Wars” offshoots “Andor” and “Obi-Wan Kenobi,” as well as Marvel Studios series “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier,” and “Moon Knight.”

Some interesting things to keep in mind while looking at these: some are listed as “complete first season,” which leaves the door open for more, while “Obi-Wan Kenobi” is listed as “complete series,” which is kinda disappointing.

All four will be available for pre-order beginning March 12th, 2024.

    “Andor” Complete First Season

    Featurettes:

    • Ferrix Part 1: Imperial Occupation – Tony Gilroy, Kathleen Kennedy and Diego Luna discuss the series’ origins.
