Nowadays, gaming has become a full-time profession for most people all around the globe. This is so because it not only provides a joyful experience but also offers an opportunity to make a handsome amount of earnings as well.

There are numerous online gaming platforms available on the internet, that allow gamers to stand out tall among others by showing off their gaming skills.

But what if you don’t have good gaming abilities? Don’t worry because there is another way as well that you (the gamer) can use to get recognized by the crowd. The way is by making your gaming profile unique and different from your fellow gamers.

This is the reason; you will often see gamers trying hard to create a unique and excellent-looking profile. To do this, they use different tips and tricks, and one of them is an invisible character.

An invisible character has the potential to make your gaming profile 100% unique/different from others. Want to know keep reading, because in this article I am going to discuss the power of invisible characters in gaming.

    What is an invisible character?

Invisible characters are basically specific Unicode characters that appear invisible to the human eye when used; while the algorithms of online platforms count them as “real characters.”

Due to this, these are also commonly known as “empty text,” or “blank text.” Invisible characters are primarily used to add blank spaces between the text without pressing the “Space” button.

The human eye will see the inserted space as normal space, but if you want to put that into a word-counting tool like MS Word, then the software will count the space as a “Real character.”

Now, I think you have an efficient idea about invisible characters, let’s understand their power in gaming.

Understanding the Power of Invisible Characters in Gaming

Below, I have discussed different ways through which you can understand the power of blank text in gaming.

    1. Fun With Your Online Friends While Chatting:

As a gaming lover, I know there are numerous games and online platforms available on the internet that provide a personal chat box in which gamers can freely chat with their online fellows.

So, while chatting with your friends, you can send invisible characters as a message (message with no characters/letters). This will provide you with a fun experience because your friends will think about how you can send a message without typing anything. This is not supported by any online chatting platform in the world. Instead, every chatting platform must require the person to type a least a single letter, otherwise, the “Send” button does not become active/work.

But your friends do not know that you have pasted invisible characters that are not visible to human eyes, but text algorithms can count them as original characters/letters.

    2. Making Your Gaming Profile Name Invisible:

By using blank text in your profile name, you can make it unique because it will not be visible to anyone on that platform. This means others will see your profile with “No name.”

There is also a chance that your fellow gamers may check their internet connection because they will think that your name may not be loaded due to the poor internet connection.

But the reality is that you have used empty text instead of typing your name during the profile creation process. This is why your profile appears without a name.

    3. Build Curiosity Among The Others:

This is obvious, when (the gamer) makes use of invisible characters either while chatting with friends, or in the profile name. This will definitely build curiosity among the individuals about how you have done this.

Because most people including gamers are still not aware of invisible characters.

How to Copy Invisible Characters – Simple Steps

Remember, you should never think that you can add empty space between the text by using the Space key. Instead, invisible characters are special characters, to use them in-game, you first have to copy them which can be done by following the steps below:

    Copy Unicode Characters:

To copy empty characters, you have to their Unicode. There are multiple methods to copy Unicode:

    Get help from Unicode websites:

There are numerous websites available on the internet that allow users to copy Unicode of invisible characters for free. However, you need to search for a certain code on the site to find the required Unicode characters.

For blank text, the code you can search for is ‘U+2800,” and the name is “Braille Pattern Blank.” To illustrate this in a better way, I am going to search for “U+2800” on a Unicode site that I have found through online research.

The output the site provided after searching for the code can be seen in the picture below:

All you have to do copy is to select the blank big box shown in the above picture and the

    Get help from online tools:

Utilizing online tools is a quick way to copy the Unicode of the invisible character. It is quick because it does not require searching for a certain code/name, instead, it gives the option to copy invisible text with one click.

To demonstrate this, I have found an invisible character tool that provides multiple options to copy empty text. One option with “Copy with the button” and the other option is “Copy manually.”

So, if one option does not work for you, then you can use the other one. There is also another simple online tool you can try. It allows you to copy blank characters with one click and even generate multiple empty spaces if needed. You can use this invisible text generator tool the same way, and it works well for generating empty characters.

    2. Paste Wherever You Want:

When you have copied the invisible character (by using any of the methods discussed above), you can paste it wherever you want. Whether chatting with online friends or in the name during the profile creation process.

    Wrapping up:

Invisible characters can help you (the gamer) to make your gaming profile different from others. Apart from that there are multiple other ways as well through which it can make your gaming experience joyful.

In this article, I have discussed the potential of invisible characters in gaming. Along with this, how you can copy them, hope you will find the information useful. Happy Gaming!
