    New Poster for Netflix’s “Avatar: The Last Airbender” Hits

    We are DELIGHTED to share the new poster for Netflix’s upcoming live-action “Avatar: The Last Airbender” series! We’ve been waiting for what feels like YEARS for this show to happen, and we’re really, REALLY hopeful.

    The poster alone is the stuff of fans’ dreams! Just…look at Appa! And Momo!

    Gordon Cormier is playing Aang, KIAWENTIIO is Katara, IAN OUSLEY is Sokka, and DALLAS LIU (he/him) is Zuko. Daniel Dae Kim plays Fire Lord Ozai, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee is General Iroh, Ken Leung is Commander Zhao, and Elizabeth Yu is Princess Azula, and Dallas Liu is Prince Zuko.

    We’re expecting a trailer in the next two days, as Netflix is celebrating GeekedWeek! “Avatar: The Last Airbender” the original animated series (as well as “The Legend of Korra“) is streaming now on Netflix. The live-action series is expected to hit sometime in 2024.
