Welcome (back) to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger. Can we take your order?

Nickelodeon Movies and Paramount+ have just released the first official teaser trailer for the long awaited “Good Burger 2.” Which is a sequel to 1997’s film that was a spinoff of a series of comedy sketchs on the show “All That.”

The new teaser starts with a reunion between Dexter Reed (Kenan Thompson) and his former co-worker, Ed (Kel Mitchell). When Ed hits Dexter with his infamous burger mobile, because some things never change. The two then decide to embark on yet another fast food based adventure.

“Good Burger 2” is directed by Phil Traill (“No Sleep ‘Til Christmas) from a screenplay by Kevin Kopelow (“Cousins for Life”), Heath Seifert (“Warped!”), and James III (“All That”). The film will see the return of Thompson and Mitchell reprising their roles. Josh Server and Lori Beth Denberg will also be back as Fizz and Connie Muldoon. Alongside Carmen Electra who will reprise her role as Roxanne, the woman who desperately tried to seduce Ed while it all went over his head.

The upcoming movie will also welcome some fresh faces including Alex R. Hibbert as Ed’s son, Jillian Bell as Katt Boswell, Lil Rel Howery as Cecil McNevin. Along with Kamaia Fairburn, Fabrizio Guido, Elizabeth Hinkler, Emily Hinkler, and Anabel Graetz.

While plot details are still underwraps it seems like very little has changed in Dexter and Ed’s chemistry. We still see Ed bumbling around like the fast food savant he has always been. While Dexter just tries to control the chaos. Though we doubt the duo will square off against Mondo Burger or pay for damges to Sinbad’s car again. It seems like “Good Burger 2” has everything picking up where the first film and the “All That” skits left off.

This teaser even ends with the Less Than Jake late 90s anthem “We’re All Dudes.” The only thing that could make this project more nostoga blasted is if someone got slimed for saying “I don’t know.”

“Good Burger 2” will premiere on Paramount+ sometime this fall. We’ll keep you posted on updates about this project as they develop. You can check out the teaser trailer below:
