    Evan Peters Joins Jared Leto in “Tron 3”

    This just in-

    sounds like Evan Peters is joining Jared Leto in the upcoming film “Tron 3” for Disney. Titled “Tron: Ares,” the film has been LONG in the making. Cameras were expected to start rolling in August of this year. Obviously with the ongoing WGA strike and possible (and probable) SAG-AFTRA strike next month, chances of the production starting anytime soon are slim at best.

    Peters recently received much acclaim for his portrayal of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in Ryan Murphy‘s limited series for Netflix. Leto will reportedly play Ares, a manifestation of the program. No word on who Peters will play.

    Joachim Rønning (“Pirates of the Caribbean,” “Maleficent“) is directing “Tron: Ares.”
