Following the announcement of the end of the long-running comedy series “The Goldbergs,” the show’s cast has expressed their reactions. It was revealed that the current 10th season of the ABC show would be the last.
Premiering in 2013, “The Goldbergs” has garnered a large fanbase over the years, with its nostalgic portrayal of a family in the 1980s. As the show comes to an end, its devoted followers are sure to miss the Goldberg family and their shenanigans.

While fans of the show may be disappointed by the announcement, the cast members expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work on The Goldbergs for the past decade. As they bid farewell to the show, they also thanked their fans for their unwavering support throughout the series’ run.





“It’s been a helluva decade. I don’t have the language skills to convey how much this experience has meant to me. Endless gratitude. ❤️,” Wendi McLendon-Covey shared on Instagram.
“This show changed my life. I experienced my entire 20s working with these incredible people,” Hayley Orrantia said on Instagram.
“It’s ending. What an incredible 10 years of my life. Wow. I have made memories and friends I will never, ever, forget,” Sean Giambrone said, along with a slideshow through the years.
“Thank you to all the amazing people who have worked on The Goldbergs this past decade. It was an honor,” Troy Gentile said.
“I always wanted to be on a sitcom and I’m so lucky I got to do this show with these people for the last 9 years. I’m so grateful,” Sam Lerner said.
“We are so proud of the 10 years we were able to spend with ‘The Goldbergs,'” Craig Erwich, president of ABC Entertainment, said. “We look forward to celebrating their final chapter along with the fans in the weeks ahead.”
