This just in-
it would appear popular “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” character Spider Noir is getting his own spinoff series! At least we know why he isn’t appearing in the upcoming “Across the Spider-Verse” now. The craziest part? IT’LL BE LIVE ACTION.
The series will take place in 1930s New York, but Peter Parker WON’T be the main character.
Oren Uziel developed the show with Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Amy Pascal. All four will executive produce the project, which will be housed at Amazon from Sony Pictures. While untitled, the Spider Noir series will join already in the works live-action series “Silk: Spider Society,” which is being run by “The Walking Dead‘s” Angela Kang.
No casting has been mentioned yet, but we can only hope Nicolas Cage with a Rubix cube shows up somehow.
