Over Memorial Day weekend, my family got to check out probably one of the coolest things I’ve ever had sent to me. I had been shopping for pools online and being really indecisive. Lucky for me, Keystone Light and Real Tree has the perfect solution for people like me. All you need is a truck bed, and you’ve got a portable inflatable pool. That’s right! You can use this anywhere there’s a water supply and a hose.
Set Up Tips

The pool itself says you need a low pressure pump to inflate it. We found that while you could use one, it takes a while to get it filled up. To inflate the pool, we ended up using an air compressor with a nice nib, and doing it a little at a time. We also didn’t fully inflate the bottom tube because of the wheel wells in the truck.
The pool has three places to inflate and three tubes. Each one has a check valve which won’t allow air to escape if you’re blowing it up. Which is great if you take it on a camping trip and forget to bring your pump. Though we really recommend using either an air compressor or a pump. You really don’t want to pass out trying to blow this thing up manually.
The Fit
This liner measures 66”x62”x21” and can also double as a beer cooler for camping or tailgating. It fits the back of a standard sized truck bed in a Dodge Ram. It would be perfect for a dually as well. Because we left the bottom not as inflated it fit perfect around the wheel wells, but for a dually you could have it blown up all the way.
Even with the pool blown up there was room to walk behind it, which is good if you have a boat rig in your truck. You don’t want to butt it up all the way to the back where your window is. Instead it’s best to place it closer to the tailgate so you can open and close it. You can use the tailgate as a step to get out of the pool.
Comfort

This is soooo comfortable. When I first looked at the pictures I was wondering how comfortable it would be and it passed the test. It’s perfect for lounging in. The tailgate can also be used to set a drink on if you have a wide enough one. I didn’t fill the pool all the way because I have small kids, but if you did you’d never want to get out of this. If you’re parked for an extended period of time and want to keep it up over the weekend, I recommend getting a tarp to keep debris out of the water.
The only thing I may do in the future is get a cheap yoga mat or put a blanket down before filling it up. Mainly because the truck liner was a little weird to sit on, but honestly after you’re in you hardly notice.
I would say this pool fits a family of four pretty easily. Myself and two kids fit with plenty of room to spare. You can probably get 3 adults and three kids in comfortably if you really wanted to.
Safety and Young Kids
As with all other pools it’s recommended that children have adult supervision while in this pool. Because it is sitting in a truck bed it’s also important to tell your kids not to hang off the sides of the truck.
Where to Buy
If you’re interested in getting one, check out Keystone Light’s website. This pool is easy to store and easy to move around. It’s a great investment if you like hanging out in pools and may not have access to one on trips. And it’s great for the kids as well.

There is also a sweepstakes where you can win the pool and other Keystone Light x Realtree merchandise. Other items include cooler, mug, sweatshirt, beer sling or sunglasses.
