Troubled Warner Bros. Pictures star Ezra Miller made some pretty weird claims when he was arrested in March. If you’ll recall, Miller was arrested twice by Hawaiian PD earlier this year. And apparently claimed “I film myself when I get assaulted for NFT crypto art.”
During the March arrest, Miller tried to claim their amendment rights were being violated (citing the 9th and 4th) while talking to the police. TMZ has released bodycam footage which shows Ezra’s interaction with the police.

The alleged assault victim says that Miller walked up to him while playing darts, and spit in his face. Miller claims “the guy at that bar declared himself as a Nazi. I have it on film and he attacked me.”
Miller also asked police not to touch or confiscate his “The Flash” ring because it means a lot to them. You can also hear them in the audio saying “Hey, you just touched my penis. Please don’t do that. I’m transgender, non-binary, and I don’t want to be searched by a man!”
Among the items confiscated were the ring, and a nerf gun with nerf bullets on their person.

If you’re curious, you can find Ezra Miller’s Crypto artwork here. It’s actually pretty cool stuff, but we’re not sure how the filming of assaults fits into it. But the moving canvases are neat.
