Southwest Airlines Bans Masturbating Passenger for Life

A Southwest Airlines passenger has been banned for life. What could warrant such an extreme ban? Well, he was caught masturbating in front of his seatmate. Not just once, but four different times. Flight 3814 headed towards Pheonix, Arizona on April 2nd was not going to be just a routine trip after all.

A female passenger, who reported fellow passenger Antonio Sherrodd McGarity‘s actions, took photos for proof. After McGarity had fallen asleep, the female passenger sought help, and told a crew member what she witnessed. She was moved to another seat following her complaint.

Turns out, McGarity masturbated a total of four times on the Southwest Airlines Seattle-Phoenix flight. The passenger reported to authorities that the man did what he did “on four separate occasions, using both his left and right hands.” There’s a more…in-depth description as of his actions as well, but we’d rather not disclose those details.

McGarity was arrested by Phoenix Police Department responding officers as soon as the flight landed. According to the report, McGarity claimed he “didn’t do anything wrong,” and “thought it was kind of kinky.”

McGarity was interrogated by FBI agents following his arrest. He claimed the female passenger who complained had given him permission. “McGarity advised he asked the female witness if she minded if he masturbates,” the complaint states. “According to McGarity, the female witness put her hands in the air and said, ‘it really doesn’t matter.’”

McGarity has been issued a lifetime ban from ever flying Southwest Airlines again.
