Christina Ricci has officially joined Netflix’s upcoming “Wednesday” series! Hailing from Tim Burton, this is a modern reimagining of Wednesday Addams, daughter of Mortitia and Gomez. Jenna Ortega will be playing the lead character.
Netflix confirmed Ricci’s involvement earlier today. We don’t know who she’ll be playing yet, but we’re excited! She of course played young Wednesday Addams in Barry Sonnenfeld’s 1991 “The Addams Family” and 1993’s “Addams Family Values.”
