Netflix’s Marvel Series ARE Coming to Disney+!!

    UPDATE-

Yes, all the Marvel Netflix series ARE coming to Disney+ for U.S., Canada, U.K., Ireland, Australia and New Zealand!

If Disney+ Canada is any indication of what’s to come to Disney+ in the states, we have something to look forward to. We kind of had hints that Marvel Studios wanted to add the various Netflix series into canon. Especially with their latest Disney+ series “Hawkeye” featuring the return of Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin. And of course, Charlie Cox returning as Matt Murdock in “Spider-Man: No Way Home.”

I suppose that’s not so much a hint as an in your face “we’re doing this” type deal. A press release from Disney+ Canada has revealed that the original Marvel Netflix shows we grew to love- “Jessica Jones,” “Daredevil,” and the other Defenders shows- will hit the platform starting in March 2022.

The Netflix shows will be dropping off of that platform the end of this month. The series moving over are:

    • “Marvel’s Daredevil” (3 seasons)
    • “Marvel’s Jessica Jones” (3 seasons)
    • “Marvel’s Luke Cage” (2 seasons)
    • “Marvel’s Iron Fist” (2 seasons)
    • “Marvel’s The Defenders” (1 season)
    • “Marvel’s The Punisher” (2 seasons)
      “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (7 seasons)

Krysten Ritter previously stated she was happy to hang up the character of Jessica Jones. But fans aren’t ready to let her go. Hopefully she and the other stars of the Marvel’s Netflix Defenders universe will be back in future projects.

These series will hit Disney+ on March 16th, 2022.

Marvel Studios’ next show, “Moon Knight,” will be premiering on Disney+ March 30th, 2022.
