“The Book of Boba Fett” Chapter 3, “The Streets of Mos Espa” introduces a familiar creature from the “Star Wars” universe. No stranger to the sands of Tatooine, we get to see a freaking Rancor return to Jabba’s palace.
Robert Rodriguez directed Chapter 3, and enlisted a frequent collaborator of his to play a very important part.
Danny Trejo is now officially a part of the galaxy far, far away, and that’s pretty awesome. He appears as the rancor’s handler, with a pretty snazzy outfit.
We’re kind of hoping he shows up again in a later episode, because there’s so much you could do with the character.
