NECA’s Gorgeous “Gargoyles” Goliath Figure is Available to Order!

As you get older, it becomes more and more fun to replace your old beaten toys with figures meant to celebrate our childhoods. Those old 90s toys may hold memories, but they are a product of the time. Cheap plastic and fast production and only made to turn a quick profit. But now we’re able to buy things like this gorgeous Goliath figure from “Gargoyles,” and the world seems a bit more fair.

This figure from NECA was originally teased back in March, but is now in stock and available for ordering. The figure stands 7″ tall with a wingspan of 16″ wide. This thing would make a great addition to any collectors display case. We do know there are plans for additional figures in the “Gargoyles” line as well.

Check out Goliath at Entertainment Earth:

Here’s what Entertainment Earth has to say about the figure:

Gargoyles Ultimate Goliath 7-Inch Scale Action Figure:

The time of the Gargoyles has come again! Arguably the best gothic cartoon of the 1990s, Gargoyles followed an ancient clan of gargoyles transported to modern-day Manhattan when their Scottish castle is relocated. Leader Goliath joins the Ultimate line with an appropriately large 8-inch tall action figure, with a wingspan of 16-inches wide! The figure features full articulation, including on wings and tail, and comes with plenty of accessories: wings, jalapeno pepper, book, and interchangeable heads and hands. Comes in display-friendly window box packaging with opening flap. Ages 14 & up.

“Gargoyles” co-creator Greg Weiseman had some things to say to filmmaker Jordan Peele about his much-reported interest in rebooting the franchise somehow. Spoiler- it’s not happening (thankfully). You can read more about that interview and what the hell OJ Simpson has to do with the cartoon here.

You can catch all 3 seasons of “Gargoyles” on Disney+ now, and order Goliath from Entertainment Earth here.
