Secret Cinema is bringing “Stranger Things” to the LA area and we can’t wait to go! It will be a drive into experience meaning they will have everything set up and you can just drive right through. Think one of those drive-in horror events but with familiar faces, Eggos and Demigorgons. They will have everything ready to go just in time for Halloween!

“Attention all Stranger Things fans! It’s time to travel back in time to 1985 and become a Hawkins resident, in real life. Adventure calls, so gather your friends and drive to the Starcourt Mall. Immerse yourself in the thrilling world of Stranger Things, where you will take part in a ‘drive-into’ experience like no other. You will unlock the untold story of Hawkins in this unique format event – all from the safety of your car. In a central DTLA location, you’ll dive into and explore a living, breathing story to savour some of the best moments from the Netflix series and maybe even witness some unforeseen and unusual occurrences.”

During the experience, you will be transported and be able to experience places like Hawkins and the Starcourt Mall. They are boasting that they will have very realistic special effects so it should be super scary.

Tickets will go on sale August 26th but you may want to put yourself on the wait list now. They are charging $59 per car. No specific dates have been listed but they will have the event running in October. The location is also being kept under wraps for the time being, all we know is it will be somewhere in downtown L.A.
