Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Or so we have been told since we were kids. What is your perfect breakfast? Mine? I love me some tasty pancakes with a side of bacon and eggs, not to mention a delicious cup of coffee to wash it all down with. But lately I haven’t had time to even think about cooking it all before I go to work (I am an essential worker). And I just wish there was a way for me to indulge in my favorite breakfast without having to wake up early in order to get my fix.

Pancake crust with cheese, bacon, and egg?! Well then color me interested! As of right now there is only a bacon one out. Who knows maybe we can get a sausage one with syrup. Mmm~
